Spotify just dropped behind-the-scenes footage from Taylor Swift’s self-directed video, and it shows a cast that clearly had the best time making something genuinely creepy. Swift plays the ghost ex-wife of Colin Farrell’s character, pulling Dakota Johnson into a romance before Johnson’s character discovers he killed her. Between takes, though, Swift and Johnson are in bed absolutely losing it laughing.
The reel has everything. Swift knocking a cup off a sink just to break Johnson mid-take. Cara Delevingne and Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford joking around during the climactic party scene. And Travis Kelce posted up behind Swift’s director’s chair, holding her arms and smiling while his wife runs the whole production. Johnson said the two have been close friends for years, and that while working with friends usually backfires, they work really well together.
