A Fletcher man is out of jail on a $75,000 bond after being charged with cocaine trafficking following a Lawton drug ring bust that pulled in four defendants. Chase Lynn McCullar, 30, made his initial appearance Wednesday in Comanche County District Court on felony counts of conspiracy to deliver or manufacture cocaine and unlawful use of a photo to traffic cocaine.
The charges stem from an investigation that began with the arrest of Dalton York, 27, of Lawton. According to court records, York admitted to agents that he had distributed cocaine to McCullar, including four ounces delivered the day before his arrest, plus an ounce a few days earlier. An August 20 phone conversation captured York offering two ounces for $1,200, telling McCullar his single-ounce price was $900. Surveillance footage also tied York and his wife, Elena York, to McCullar’s home in Fletcher.
Dalton York remains in custody on a $100,000 bond. Elena York, 24, faces felony charges that include child neglect, and her mother, Corina Britt, 47, faces a felony drug count. Both are held on $50,000 cash-only bonds. The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics led the investigation, and the case continues through the Comanche County court system.
