Harry Styles is taking his historic 30-night Madison Square Garden residency from the stage to the screen. The pop star has teamed up with filmmaker John Wilson, best known for HBO’s How To With John Wilson, to document the run, which began Aug. 26 and wraps Oct. 31 as part of his Together, Together tour. Variety first reported the news Saturday, and Billboard confirmed it.

The film will blend live performances with behind-the-scenes moments featuring Styles, his fans and the crew. Universal Pictures Content Group and Peanut World Pictures are producing alongside Styles, and a theatrical release is reportedly a possibility. Wilson’s signature style, finding the strange and sweet in everyday life, makes him an unexpected but exciting choice for a pop concert documentary.

For fans, this is a rare inside look at one of the biggest music moments of the year, with tour dates stretching into August 2027. The big question now: what will a John Wilson Harry Styles movie actually feel like? Tell us what you hope to see in the comments.
