Taylor Swift packed a lot into 48 hours. On Saturday, Oct. 17, she made a surprise appearance at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles, giving“The Fate of Ophelia”its first-ever live performance. She also ran through“I Knew It, I Knew You,”“Blank Space,”and“Love Story,”a setlist that covered new material and the classics in one go.

The next night, Swift was at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City as the Chiefs hosted the Chargers. Her suite included Caitlin Clark, Este Haim, and Donna Kelce, and she wore a red Louis Vuitton turtleneck bodysuit with black bottoms for the occasion.

The momentum carried into the charts too. The Life of a Showgirl is back at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a 15th total week, following a deluxe edition that added four bonus tracks. The reissue pulled fans back in, and the numbers followed. Which part of Taylor’s weekend would you trade your own for: the surprise stage or the suite life?
