Randy Rainbow is back, and this time he brought a Jay-Z reference and a song from Guys and Dolls. The comedian and singer released a new parody video Tuesday, taking aim at Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the administration’s Make America Healthy Again push. It kicks off like a mock news broadcast, with Rainbow delivering the line that’s already getting screenshotted everywhere: RFK Jr. has“99 million problems and a b—h ain’t one.”

From there, the clip shifts into a remixed version of“Adelaide’s Lament,”the show tune that is basically a woman complaining about her health, which is a pretty on-the-nose choice. The parody takes shots at RFK Jr.’s anti-vaccine stance, his obsession with peptides, his Tylenol theories and fluoride bans, plus the administration’s healthcare legislation. One line about worms in his brain has already become the moment of the video.

This is actually Rainbow’s second RFK Jr. roast in under a year. He went after him back in December with a Cabaret parody. Meanwhile, Rainbow is currently on his National Freakin’Treasure tour, with dates in Washington state and Palm Desert, California this week. With the midterms ahead, this is probably just the opening number in a long, long season of political satire.

Did the parody go too far, or not far enough? Let us know what you think.
