Kroy Biermann has been ordered to pay more than $64,000 tied to a 2021 gambling debt from a trip to the Bahamas, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. The judgment stems from a $100,000 line of credit he opened at Baha Mar Casino, which was issued by a company called Sky Warrior. When the debt went unpaid, Sky Warrior sued in 2023, moved the case from New Jersey to Georgia, and secured a Fulton County judgment for $52,500 in unpaid chip markers, plus $11,927.35 in attorneys’fees and costs. He was served the post-judgment order at his Georgia home on August 28.
The timing is heavy. Biermann’s 15-year-old son KJ was arrested on August 17, and a bond hearing on September 11 brought new allegations from prosecutors. KJ’s attorney, Jason Sheffield, said the characterizations in court“grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case.”Meanwhile, the divorce between Biermann and Kim Zolciak, filed back in February 2025, is still ongoing, with no final settlement in sight.
