Harry and Meghan’s Hollywood production company has been quietly shrinking for over a year, and the timing couldn’t be more interesting. According to a Page Six source, Archewell Productions has cut staff over the last 12 to 18 months, leaving the company with just a handful of employees at its Raleigh Studios office in Los Angeles. The cuts hit production crews behind projects like“With Love, Meghan”and the couple’s Netflix documentary“Harry&Meghan,”not full-time Archewell employees.

Meanwhile, the Sussexes have relocated back to the UK and made their first official joint outing in Nottingham on Thursday, where Harry told crowds it was“great to be back.”But back in LA, the picture looks a lot quieter.“With Love, Meghan”hasn’t been renewed for a third season, though future specials are still possible, and Archewell Philanthropies laid off three employees back in December 2025 amid a restructuring. The Netflix partnership isn’t officially over, but the shine has definitely dimmed.

So what does this mean for the Sussexes’post-royal brand? They’ve always been masters of the next chapter, but balancing a UK life with a US business is no small feat. Is this a temporary reset or the beginning of a bigger pivot away from entertainment? Let us know what you think in the comments.
