Sean“Diddy”Combs is serving 50 months at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, and new disciplinary details are making the rounds. According to Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees who spoke with TMZ, Combs was written up for alleged fights on July 31 and Sept. 30, plus an Oct. 1 altercation. He also allegedly committed phone violations on July 7 and Sept. 19, 2025. The fallout: 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges revoked.
Good-time credit is the big one. It’s the currency inmates use to shave time off a sentence, and losing it has a direct impact. His release date was already pushed from Jan. 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028. More write-ups could also get him labeled a disruptive inmate, which makes a transfer a real possibility. Combs’rep pushed back on the coverage, saying the media is treating“ordinary prison life”as news and that he’s serving his sentence within the rules while awaiting the court’s decision on his appeal.
So where does that leave things? A disciplinary record with concrete costs on one side, a defense that calls it routine on the other, and a release date that keeps sliding to the right. What’s your read on this? Is the coverage overblown, or are the consequences the actual story?
