Robert Kelker-Kelly, who played Bo Brady on Days of Our Lives from 1992 to 1995, died on October 3 at age 62 after a cardiac arrest at his Missouri home. Newly released police records revealed something fans never saw coming: he had quietly married Allison Jean Harper on July 15, 2022, and kept the relationship out of the public eye for four years.
According to the records, Allison picked him up from Spirit of St. Louis Airport around 7:30 p.m. that evening, when he began complaining of pain in his chest, neck, and left arm. She asked if he wanted to go to the hospital, but he declined and said he wanted to go home and rest. He later asked for an aspirin, and Allison found him unresponsive and not breathing. She called 911, and he was pronounced dead at 9:09 p.m. The medical examiner found no suspicious circumstances and closed the case.
Kelker-Kelly was previously married to Linda Rattner and to former Days co-star Miriam Parrish. His final hours are a tough but important reminder that chest pain radiating into the neck and arm is a classic heart attack warning sign, and that“I’ll just rest”is not a plan.
