The 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards took over Miami’s James L. Knight Center on Thursday, Oct. 22, airing live on Telemundo and Peacock with Carmen Villalobos and Javier Poza hosting. The blue carpet brought out Becky G, Ryan Castro, Xavi and Santos Bravos, but the night belonged to Peso Pluma, who led all finalists with 17 entries, including Artist of the Year and Top Latin Album of the Year for DINASTÍA with Tito Double P.

The rest of the leaderboard tells the story of the year in Latin music: Tito Double P with 15 entries, Fuerza Regida with 12, Karol G with nine, Prince Royce with eight and Bad Bunny with seven, spread across 47 categories in pop, tropical, Latin rhythm and regional Mexican. The show also debuted the Fan Favorite Artist award, the first category where fans picked the winner themselves, and handed honorary honors to Cristian Castro, Fuerza Regida, Rosalía and Rubén Blades.

Performances from Ozuna, Manuel Turizo, Pablo Alborán, Ha*Ash and Xavi kept the night moving, but the debates are just getting started. Did Peso Pluma’s 17 entries leave room for anyone else? And did the fan-voted award get it right? Tell us your picks in the comments.
