Vince Neil's Girlfriend Rain Hannah Andreani Arrested on Domestic Assault Charge: What We Know

Rain Hannah Andreani, the longtime girlfriend of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil, was arrested in Williamson County, Tennessee on Sunday, November 1 on a domestic-related assault charge. The 45-year-old was released the following day on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on December 3 at 1 p.m. local time. A representative for Neil has not commented on the arrest.

The charge lands in the middle of an already difficult stretch for the couple. In February 2025, Neil’s private jet crashed in Scottsdale, Arizona, injuring Andreani, who suffered five broken ribs. The crash killed pilot Joie Vitosky. Neil was not on board at the time. Separately, Neil, 65, has been recovering from a stroke he suffered in December 2024, and he has spoken publicly about relearning how to walk and defying doctors who doubted he would return to the stage.
