The reality star, 47, took to Instagram to celebrate her husband Travis Barker, 50, with a simple but unmistakable message:“Baby daddy 🖤,”paired with a photo of the Blink-182 drummer holding her up. She also shared Instagram Stories of Barker spending quality time on the beach with their 2-year-old son, Rocky, watching him play in the sand. It’s sweet, domestic, and decidedly focused on her current family unit.

What wasn’t there? Any acknowledgment of Scott Disick, the father of her three oldest children—Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11. The omission speaks volumes, whether intentional or not. Kardashian and Disick split for good in 2015, and she’s been with Barker since 2021. By now, the boundary between her past and present is pretty firmly drawn.

This year’s post marks a shift from last June, when Kardashian was more inclusive in her Father’s Day message. In 2025, she’d written a thoughtful tribute that acknowledged Barker’s love for“our baby, for my three, for his three…for our seven ;),”celebrating their blended family. This time around, the focus is narrower and more nuclear—just Barker and Rocky.

The couple’s journey to parenthood together hasn’t been straightforward. At the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear earlier this month, they opened up about their fertility struggles, including a miscarriage six months into their relationship when they learned they were expecting a girl they planned to name Tulip. After five IVF attempts in eight months, they finally welcomed Rocky. In a recent interview with Vanity Fair Italia, Kardashian reflected on the joy of motherhood:“I love experiencing life through their eyes and doing with them all the things I did as a child…Being able to do that now with Travis is a dream come true.”

For Kardashian, it’s a full-circle moment—building a life with someone who shares her vision for family and tradition.
