Shot in Rio de Janeiro, the documentary aims to humanize these fans — many of whom are women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community — and prove that their passion is far from crazy. Director Lina Abascal says she wanted to“show the humanity behind that collective outcry”and take the fandom seriously.

The film is a co-production between Discordia and Cosmocine, and is presented in association with Rolling Stone Films.
