Texas Firm Pays $5 Million for 160 Acres South of Lawton, Filings Point to AI Data Center

A Texas LLC called My Navi has purchased 160 acres south of Lawton for $5 million, and the filings behind the deal suggest something far larger than a land flip. According to SEC records, the site is in pre-development for a 300-megawatt generating plant intended to power an artificial intelligence data center. The seller, Allan Barrington, got $31,250 an acre for property located in the Geronimo school district.

The buyer traces back to Phil Stanley, registered agent and sole principal of My Navi, who also serves as CEO of Big Digital Energy. That company is publicly pivoting from Bitcoin mining toward AI and high-performance computing infrastructure, and statements from its leadership stress urgency and discipline as it repositions for the AI market. For southwest Oklahoma, the deal raises practical questions: what does 300 megawatts of demand mean for the local grid, and how many jobs would actually land here?

Nothing has been formally announced to the Lawton community, and there is no construction timeline in the public record. That makes this a story worth following through the county clerk’s office and city meetings rather than a done deal. What would you want to know before a project like this breaks ground near your neighborhood?
