Love at lightning speed—or at least reconciliation at it. Bella Vaughn and Hunter Johnson, the TLC Unexpected stars who became parents at just 15 and 13 years old, have rekindled their romance a mere three weeks after calling it quits.

On Monday, June 22, the teen mom shared a Snapchat photo from an outing at Topgolf with Hunter and their 15-month-old son, Wes, captioning it“We back bby”to announce the reunion. She followed up by adding Hunter’s name back to her TikTok bio and updating her profile picture to a selfie of the two of them. The signals were unmistakable: this relationship was officially back on.

The turnaround is striking given how recent and public the breakup was. Just weeks earlier, on May 29, Bella had posted a TikTok explaining the split with disarming honesty.“He lied to me and hurt my feelings, and two days later was talking to someone new,”she said, emphasizing there was no dramatic fallout—just a breach of trust. She’d made it clear she was“better off on my own”and that she and Hunter would focus on coparenting Wes. Her mother, Falen, had backed up the plan, and it seemed like a clean, mature ending for a couple so young.

But reconciliation at their age isn’t unusual. What’s worth noting is the timing: this reunion comes just weeks after Bella and Hunter announced their engagement in early May, complete with photos of a promise ring and a gold band with a square-cut diamond. It’s unclear whether that engagement still stands now that they’ve gotten back together, or if they’re starting fresh on different terms.

The couple made their TLC debut on Unexpected season 7 in February, becoming two of the show’s youngest parents. Wes was born in March 2025 when Bella was 15 and Hunter was 13. Before the premiere, Bella faced intense scrutiny over their ages and the circumstances of their relationship, addressing critics directly on social media.“It was both intentional. On both sides,”she said, noting that she’d given Hunter the choice to stay or leave when she discovered her pregnancy, and he chose to be involved.

At this point, the real question isn’t whether they’ll last—it’s whether young parents under the constant glare of reality TV cameras and public judgment can actually find stability. For Bella and Hunter, that challenge is ongoing.
