Taylor Swift’s former Beverly Hills estate just hit the market for $7,995,000, and it comes with a very specific bragging right: she wrote1989there. The Pillsbury Estate, built in 1941 and sitting on 1.5 acres, was Swift’s home starting in 2011 before she sold it off-market in 2018 to fashion designer Nicolas Bijan and interior designer Roxy Bijan.

The Bijans renovated every room and even highlighted the home in Architectural Digest in 2021. Roxy told the magazine there was a piano in the home office, and she“couldn’t help but be inspired by what had happened in that room.”Buyers get a 3-bedroom main house, a 1-bedroom guest house, a pickleball court, and an eight-car motor court. Plus the home appeared in Swift’s 2016“73 Questions”video for Vogue.
