Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Soulja Boy sent a scathing, profanity-filled email to Jackilyn Martinez’s legal team—and it’s the kind of message that typically doesn’t help your case. After Jackilyn reached out through her attorney hoping to resolve their custody dispute amicably, the rapper fired back with an expletive-laden dismissal that included the line,“F*** you”followed by“Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.”

Here’s the context: Jackilyn filed her lawsuit back in October 2025, seeking legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son, KeAndre Way, and she was actually open to Soulja being awarded visitation rights. She’s been providing the bulk of support for their son and said Soulja only“sends me money for our son, after I have begged him to do so.”She wanted formal child support orders and described him as having become“extremely volatile”and“intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward.”She even attempted to serve him at one of his concerts but was unsuccessful.

The email exchange is damaging for the rapper in a pretty straightforward way: her lawyer was literally extending an olive branch, suggesting they could handle this privately, expeditiously, and amicably. Instead of engaging with that offer, Soulja responded with hostility—the kind of response that courts tend to view as obstruction or contempt.
