Police Called Twice to Tom Sandoval's House in One Day

When a breakup involves a restraining order and emergency calls within hours, you know things have spiraled beyond simple moving-day logistics.

Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson’s messy separation hit another low on Saturday when LAPD showed up at his Los Angeles home not once, but twice. The first visit happened earlier in the day during what appeared to be a moving situation caught on video, where Victoria could be heard screaming at Tom. Hours later, around 5:30 PM, officers returned after Victoria attempted to retrieve more belongings from the house.

Here’s where the story gets murkier. According to law enforcement sources, Victoria told police she had a friend there to help her collect her things, but Tom wasn’t allowing them inside. A mover named Miguel tells a different version: he claims he called Victoria on speakerphone when he arrived at the property, and when Tom overheard Victoria say she was on her way, Tom became visibly distressed enough to dial 911 himself—allegedly afraid of what might happen if they entered the home together. No arrests were made either time; officers were there simply to keep the peace.

This latest chapter belongs to a much larger saga. Earlier this month, Victoria Lee Robinson was arrested after Tom alleged she hit him. Video from that incident shows Victoria’s father, Will Robinson, shoving Tom first, which led to Tom shoving him back—and Will ending up in a lit fire pit. A judge granted Tom a temporary restraining order against both Victoria and Will, ordering them to leave the home. Will attempted to file his own TRO against Tom, but a judge denied it, saying he hadn’t demonstrated sufficient reason for the order to be granted.

The legal chess match aside, Saturday’s twin police responses paint a picture of two people struggling to navigate a breakup that’s become anything but straightforward. Moving boxes may eventually leave the premises, but the legal and emotional fallout from this relationship clearly isn’t going anywhere fast.
