Video from that incident shows Victoria’s father, Will Robinson, shoving Tom first, which led to Tom shoving him back—and Will ending up in a lit fire pit. A judge granted Tom a temporary restraining order against both Victoria and Will, ordering them to leave the home. Will attempted to file his own TRO against Tom, but a judge denied it, saying he hadn’t demonstrated sufficient reason for the order to be granted.

The legal chess match aside, Saturday’s twin police responses paint a picture of two people struggling to navigate a breakup that’s become anything but straightforward.
