Olivier Martinez exited a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday during closed testimony in the domestic violence restraining order hearing brought by his ex-wife, Halle Berry. According to Page Six, Martinez, 60, appeared agitated and used profanity while speaking with his attorney, Patrick Baghdaserians, before returning roughly five minutes later. Berry, 60, also took the stand Tuesday.
The hearing has been intense from the start. The couple’s 13-year-old son, Maceo, testified for nearly four hours on the first day, and school staff member Jon Hay was set to address concerns about Maceo’s behavior at school. Berry’s 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, is expected to testify later this week, and Martinez is also scheduled to take the stand.
Beyond the courtroom exit, the case highlights how draining high-conflict custody disputes can be, especially when children are called to testify. What do you think about how much of these hearings should play out in public?
