Lily Allen has a new collaboration, and it’s not another album. She’s partnering with Lovehoney on Love, Lily, a six-piece collection she personally tested while touring in support of West End Girl. The range includes the Heart Duo, the Peach, the Womanizer Enhance, the Pleasure Trip Wand, a 24-item Advent calendar, and a polka-dot butt plug that echoes the novelty USB drives released with her album. It’s her second Lovehoney collaboration, six years after the first.
That first collection came together organically, Allen says, after she wrote about her experiences in her book. She noted that people still message her about the profound impact it had on their lives, and she argued the conversation about pleasure and body shame still needs a nudge forward.“Back then, no one really talked about pleasure out in the open,”she said.“Thankfully, people seem a little more comfortable now, but we still need to nudge that conversation along some more.”
