NextGen NYC is heading into Season 3 with a firm rule in place: the Biermann and Giudice sibling drama stays off the table. Sources say producers told Ariana Biermann and Gia Giudice they aren’t required to discuss their siblings’legal troubles on camera, and both women are actively filming new episodes right now.
The headlines those producers are steering around are heavy. Ariana’s 15-year-old brother KJ Biermann was arrested in August on aggravated sexual battery and child molestation charges and has pleaded not guilty, with house arrest in Georgia. On Gia’s side, sister Milania Giudice was arrested in May over an alleged domestic dispute, ordered into anger management classes, and later made news after an incident at Tampa Bay International Airport involving Gia and Teresa Giudice. Milania has also spoken publicly about being bipolar and receiving treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD.
The decision raises a real question about reality TV in 2026: does keeping a show clean protect young cast members, or does it rob fans of the honesty they show up for? Either way, Season 3 is coming without the courtroom material. Do you think producers made the right call, or should the show address it? Sound off below.
