The RHONY alum landed the cover Friday over 83 traffic violations and roughly $8,000 in tickets near her SoHo apartment. She took it in stride on Instagram, calling the moment a“fever dream”and signing off with“Beep, beep, bitches.”She also confirmed she paid every ticket.

What happened next is where it gets good. Hours after Carole’s real cover hit newsstands, Luann de Lesseps posted a photoshopped New York Post cover to her own Instagram. The fake front page declared her the Queen of New York, ran the headline“Countess Still Serving it Up,”and promoted her cabaret tour. The move lands right in the middle of a feud that’s been simmering since Season 7, when Carole dated chef Adam Kenworthy, who had previously been linked to Luann’s niece.
