The Lawton International Festival returns to Elmer Thomas Park September 25th through the 27th, and this year’s food lineup is the biggest reason to show up hungry. 33 vendors are signed on, serving Greek, Mexican, Thai, Filipino and plenty more. You’ll find them set up near the Holiday House on the east side of the park, close to the 3rd Street entrance off NW Ferris Ave.

Getting there is about as easy as it gets. Admission is free, parking is free, and the LATS shuttle is free. If the main lots fill up, overflow parking is available at the Museum of the Great Plains and McMahon Memorial Auditorium. That means you can leave the car, hop the shuttle, and put your money toward food instead of parking.

Beyond the eats, the festival brings three days of entertainment and a full slate of sales vendors. The complete entertainment schedule is expected closer to the event, so keep an eye out the week of. With 33 food vendors, three days, and zero cost to walk in, this is one of the easiest family weekends on Lawton’s calendar this fall.
