Kyle Cooke just gave reality TV fans a heads-up: buckle up. The 43-year-old Summer House cast member teased major developments coming in Parts 2 and 3 of the season 10 reunion, hinting that he’s about to find his voice in what’s shaping up to be a messy showdown.

Speaking to fans at Blue Haven South in New York City on Thursday, May 28, Kyle didn’t hold back about what’s still to come.“Buckle the f*** up,”he said.“I actually might find my voice.”After sitting relatively quiet during Part 1—which aired Tuesday, May 27, on Bravo—the suggestion that Kyle will step up his game in future episodes signals that tension between him, his estranged wife, and her new relationship is far from settled.

Part 1 already set the stage for conflict. Ciara Miller confronted her close friend Amanda Batula, who is also Kyle’s estranged wife, along with her ex, West Wilson, who is now dating Amanda. When Ciara made pointed remarks about Amanda being a“weak figure”and the“best”type of woman for West, Kyle immediately pushed back, calling her out as Amanda teared up. Lindsay Hubbard chimed in suggesting Amanda and West, 31, might not last, but Ciara’s assessment was brutal and pointed—and Kyle clearly didn’t appreciate it.

The drama intensifies when you consider the timeline. Kyle and Amanda announced their separation via Instagram back in January after four years of marriage, asking for“grace and support”while they focused on“personal growth and healing.”Fast-forward to March, and Amanda and West confirmed their friendship had turned romantic. Their statement read:“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”

So here’s where Part 2 and 3 come in. Kyle’s been relatively restrained, but if he’s truly finding his voice, expect him to defend Amanda while simultaneously addressing the elephant in the room: how quickly this all happened. The reunion airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, and if Kyle’s pre-game confidence is any indication, the next chapters won’t be boring. Oh, and he’s also very pleased with his reunion outfit—a white T-shirt, gray jacket with chest pockets, and matching straight pants. Sometimes it’s the small victories.
