Gael Cameron is speaking out. The Below Deck Mediterranean alum shared a raw Instagram confession about how much she changed after her ex, Nathan Gallagher, was arrested in Sydney in December 2025. The two share a one-year-old son, Kayden.

In her post, Cameron didn’t dress anything up.“I lost myself, I lost my spark. I didn’t handle it,”she said, adding that she’s spent months healing. Gallagher has confirmed the breakup, says he takes responsibility for his mistakes, and claims he has evidence that provides context to the account, insisting his side hasn’t been fully told. Bravo has stated it won’t work with Gallagher in the future, though he still appears in the current season, a decision plenty of fans are questioning.
