Divorce Done, Bills Not: Corey Feldman Still Owes His Ex Nearly $20K

When Corey Feldman and Courtney Mitchell finalized their divorce in February, they thought they’d closed the book on nearly seven years of marriage. But apparently, the final chapter still has a few pages left to turn—and a price tag attached.

According to court documents, Mitchell is now asking a judge to make the Goonies star cough up more than $16,000 in unpaid accounting fees, plus another $3,150 in attorney fees from the divorce battle itself. The backstory here is pretty straightforward: during the divorce proceedings, accountants were brought in to get a clearer picture of Corey’s finances. In late 2024, he allegedly agreed to advance money for their work. The problem? Only $5,000 of the agreed-upon funds actually made it into those accountants’pockets, leaving a balance of $16,109.50 sitting unpaid. Mitchell’s team argues that the accountants’work ultimately helped move the whole case toward a settlement, so the bill shouldn’t be Corey’s problem to dodge.

It’s worth noting what Corey did walk away with from this split: a 2016 BMW, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz, a 2013 Coachmen Mirada, 5 shares of Tesla Stock, and his Michael Jackson collectables. He also agreed to pay Mitchell $100,000 in spousal support as part of the settlement. But here’s where it gets a bit awkward—he’s allegedly stiffing the people who helped make that settlement happen in the first place.

The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas on November 22, 2016, and separated on June 22, 2023, with no kids between them. Now, with the property divvied up and the dust supposedly settled, a judge will have to decide whether Corey gets to leave this marriage with one more bill unpaid. Divorces are messy enough on their own—apparently, the financial cleanup can drag on long after the ink on the final decree dries.
