Us Weekly has been compiling a rolling tribute to every star we lost in 2026, and the newest entry is Amber Siyavus, who competed on Big Brother season 8. She died October 9 at age 46, according to the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner. For the BB live-feed faithful, she was a memorable part of one of the show’s messiest and most talked-about seasons.

The rest of the year’s list reads like a tour through five decades of pop culture. Dolly Parton died August 25 at 80, and her family asked fans to donate to her Imagination Library rather than send flowers. Music executive Clive Davis died in June at 94. Tim Curry, Gloria Steinem, Sam Neill, Vincent Pastore and Hayden Panettiere are also among the losses, along with Scream actor C.W. Morgan, Days of Our Lives’Robert Kelker-Kelly and Saved by the Bell’s Dennis Haskins, forever Mr. Belding.

What ties all these names together is that none of them belong to just one audience. The list touches reality TV, music, film, sports and activism, which is why it hits so many people differently. Somebody out there learned about grief from a soap opera, and somebody else from a country song about resilience and love. Which name on the 2026 list meant the most to you, and what’s the memory you’re keeping?
