Aaron Rodgers just closed one of the most public family feuds in NFL history. During an appearance on the“Not Just Football”podcast, the Steelers quarterback revealed he has reconciled with his parents, Ed and Darla, along with his brothers Luke and Jordan, after years of not speaking.
Rodgers said he reconnected with his parents at their Chico, California home, then met up with Luke and, a couple weeks later, Jordan. He credited his wife Brittani, whom he secretly married in 2025, for shifting his entire outlook.“When you’re loved by someone in such an unconditional and beautiful, pure way, it changes your perspective on all your relationships,”he said. The feud first went public when Jordan talked about the family tension during Season 12 of“The Bachelorette.”
Rodgers also admitted there were tough conversations along the way, and that a year ago he wouldn’t have been open to any of it, pointing to“ego and judgement”as a big factor in the rift. He added that he’s now in a much better headspace.
