Wladimir Klitschko Wants Police to Investigate Hayden Panettiere's Missing Jewelry: New Court Filing

Wladimir Klitschko is asking law enforcement to investigate how personal items belonging to his late ex-fiancée Hayden Panettiere ended up at a pawn shop. In new court documents, he claims a non-family member previously connected to Panettiere sold the items, and the pawn shop has declined to share any details without a police request. His filing is tied to his September petition to be named guardian of their 11-year-old daughter Kaya’s estate.

Klitschko argues there’s a real risk that remaining items, jewelry included, could be sold or made unrecoverable before anyone is appointed to protect them. Panettiere’s estate still has no personal representative, and her engagement ring from Klitschko reportedly went missing in the final days of her life. This story continues to raise hard questions about how celebrity estates get protected after a sudden death.

Panettiere died on August 16 at 36. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office ruled her death accidental, caused by the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine. Klitschko has said he will always speak of Kaya’s mother with respect so she remembers the person she was. Do you think law enforcement should step in here?
