The film was originally slated for July 4, 2025, then moved to March 20, 2026, and eventually pulled from Paramount’s schedule entirely. In a new statement, the South Park creators said they take“full responsibility”for the delay and apologized to their partners, citing South Park and life circumstances as the culprits while affirming they still believe in the project.
