Tom Sandoval Granted Restraining Order Against Ex Victoria Lee Robinson Through 2028

Tom Sandoval has officially been granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, and it’s a long one — a Los Angeles judge signed off on Thursday, and the order stays in place until October 1, 2028. Under the terms, Robinson must stay 100 yards away from Sandoval, move out of his LA residence, have no contact with him, and cannot possess firearms while the order is active. The ruling follows a June 3 incident at Sandoval’s home, where he alleges Robinson attacked him after a night of drinking, leaving him with a bruised temple, a bleeding ear and neck, and temporarily blurred vision. Robinson was arrested that same day and released after posting bond.

The legal fight isn’t one-sided, though. Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, filed his own civil harassment request against Sandoval the next day, alleging that Sandoval overpowered his daughter and pushed him into a lit fire pit, causing a ruptured disc, a broken thumb and elbow, and a heel laceration. So while the court has currently sided with Sandoval on the restraining order, the competing accounts of that June night are still very much in play.

For Vanderpump Rules fans, this is the latest chapter in a very public post-breakup saga, and it’s pulled Sandoval’s longtime ex Ariana Madix back into the conversation whether she wants to be there or not. Courtroom drama instead of reunion drama — same energy, higher stakes.
