Petco Park turned into a full-on Blink-182 concert on Monday night, and the band’s own co-founder was right there in the middle of it. During the Padres’NLDS Game 3 against the Milwaukee Brewers, the stadium played“All the Small Things”in the eighth inning, a San Diego tradition whenever the home team is leading. This time, with the Padres up 4-3, Tom DeLonge was in attendance watching it happen.

Cameras caught him nodding along and getting visibly emotional as 43,000-plus fans sang the band’s biggest hit. The moment quickly went viral, with the Fox Sports broadcast noting that hearing an entire stadium sing your song has to feel like a musician’s World Series. DeLonge has been a Padres fan his whole life; Blink-182 formed in Poway back in 1992, just up the road from San Diego.

The night ended the way every Padres fan hoped: a 4-3 win that avoids elimination and pushes the series to a Game 4 at Petco Park. So what do you think, was this the most San Diego moment of the entire playoffs? Sound off and let us know.
