Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer are officially closing a chapter that has been open since 2016. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the exes have agreed on dissolving their marital status, and they’ve also agreed to bring in a private judge to mediate any remaining disputes before finalizing a larger settlement. The couple separated in October 2016 after nine years of marriage and share two children, daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17.
A lot has changed for both of them since the split. Meyer, 49, is engaged to music executive Geoffrey Ogunlesi, and the two recently welcomed a baby girl. Maguire, 51, has been romantically linked to much younger women, including model Mishka Silva. Through all of it, the former couple said their priority was raising their kids with love and respect, and by most accounts, they’ve done exactly that.
