TikToker Says a Stranger Tried to Separate Her From Friends During a Night Out

A TikToker known as Kenni Lee is going viral after describing a night out where a woman she didn’t know kept trying to pull her away from her friends. It started on the dance floor, with an invite for Lee alone. One of her friends noticed and pulled her back.

The woman then said a man had tried to traffic her. She offered to buy Lee a drink and asked the whole group to walk her to her car. Instead, the group ended up in an alley and then on a dark residential street, nowhere near the nightlife district. After stopping behind a truck, the woman got into a white Tesla, despite having just said she was scared. Later, around 3 or 4 a.m., she called Lee, who didn’t answer. Lee believes the whole encounter was a coordinated setup, though she didn’t share evidence to confirm it.

Whether or not the details hold up, the conversation it sparked is worth having. Women are often treated as automatically safe, and that assumption is exactly what can make a situation like this work. Friends looking out for each other, sticking together, and trusting that gut feeling are the real protections here.
