Taylor Swift's "Patient Zero" Scores Second Week at No. 1 in the U.K.

Taylor Swift’s“Patient Zero”is officially a two-week champion. The track holds No. 1 on the U.K. singles chart for a second consecutive week, giving Swift her third U.K. chart-topper of 2026 after“Opalite”and“I Knew It, I Knew You.”The song appears on the Encore deluxe edition of The Life of a Showgirl, and its music video premiered at the 2026 MTV VMAs, where Swift also collected the inaugural artist director prize.

The chart around her is just as busy. Sienna Spiro stays put at No. 2, while Jamie Miller and Ashe both surged into the top five. Noah Kahan earned the week’s highest new entry at No. 16 with“Draw You Out”from The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping soundtrack. He told Billboard the placement was“an insane opportunity”and a longtime goal. Drake also landed three new top-40 entries from his expanded HABIBTI album.

Between a Swift three-peat, a top-five shakeup, a major film soundtrack debut, and Drake’s triple play, this might be the most stacked chart week of the fall. So we have to ask: which one of these tracks is living on your playlist right now?
