Taylor Frankie Paul is facing one of the biggest blows of her public life. According to TMZ, her parenting time has reportedly been reduced to eight hours a week after multiple failed court-ordered drug tests within the last 60 days. The schedule breaks down to four hours with Indy, 8, and Ocean, 6, shared with ex-husband Tate Paul, and four hours with son Ever, 2, shared with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. At least one of the alleged substances reportedly isn’t commonly available as a prescription medication.

The case has also sparked a fight over the media coverage itself. A source told Page Six that a strict gag order is in place, describing the continuing leaks as harassment and intimidation against Taylor, 32. She addressed the situation directly in a post, writing,“So now I’m suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldn’t be more obvious what this is really about, and it isn’t the safety or well-being of our children.”

The fallout is already hitting her career. Season 5 production has been halted, her Bachelorette season was canceled back in March, and co-star Mikayla Matthews reportedly left the show over Taylor’s return, saying the only reason she’s leaving is because she was told a certain person was coming back. Both custody battles are still active in Salt Lake City courts. Where do you land on this one: is the court doing right by the kids, or is something else going on?
