Taylor Frankie Paul is back in the news, and this report is a heavy one. According to a new source, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star allegedly failed multiple drug tests within the last 60 days, and her parenting time has reportedly been limited to just eight hours a week with her children.
The timing is what makes this so complicated. Taylor shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6, with ex-husband Tate Paul, and son Ever, 2, with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. Back in March, she temporarily lost custody of Ever after resurfaced footage from her 2023 arrest leaked. But just recently, a judge increased her visitation with Ever and granted mutual protective orders between her and Dakota. Tate’s July request for a restraining order against her was denied. So this new report lands right in the middle of a legal back-and-forth that was starting to lean her way.
Taylor has not publicly responded to the drug test allegations. A source tells Us Weekly that the disclosure of confidential juvenile court proceedings is just continued harassment from the other side, and Taylor has previously said she tried to have the case sealed from the beginning to protect her kids, not herself. With her three-year sentence completed in August, fans are now watching to see what happens next in court.
