Aerosmith fans, the wait might finally be over. A source says Steven Tyler’s vocal cords are in“great”shape just weeks before the band takes the stage at the Hollywood Bowl on October 29 and November 1. These will be Aerosmith’s first full shows since they scrapped the“Peace Out”farewell tour in 2024, when a 2023 vocal cord injury left the band saying a full recovery wasn’t possible.

Tyler, 78, has spent the past two years resting and rehabbing his voice, and he’s reportedly excited to share the stage with special guests that are still being finalized. The band has stayed busy in the meantime, releasing the“One More Time”EP with Yungblud in November 2025.

These two nights could decide what comes next. If Tyler’s voice holds up, more dates may follow. If not, the farewell tour retirement might stand for good. Either way, all eyes are on the Bowl. What song are you hoping Tyler can still absolutely nail live?
