She Started as an Admin Assistant at MSG in 1998. Now She's President.

Josephine Vaccarello first walked into MSG Entertainment in 1998 as an administrative assistant. This week, she was named president of the company. If you’ve ever wondered whether the person answering phones can end up running the building, this is your answer.

In her new role, Vaccarello will oversee strategy and operations across MSG’s venues, including entertainment and sports bookings at Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall. She’ll also continue managing live concert residencies at Sphere in Las Vegas, where she was involved in booking runs for Billy Joel and Harry Styles. She previously served as executive VP of live.

Jim Dolan, executive chairman and CEO of MSG Entertainment and Sphere Entertainment, credited her nearly thirty-year career and called her one of the industry’s most impactful leaders.
