The celebration arrived during an incredibly difficult time for the family. Just days earlier, on September 29, Rob’s brother Chad Lowe and his wife Kim Painter announced the death of their 13-year-old daughter Fiona. In a statement, they said,“We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona,”adding that she was adored by her sisters and deeply loved by her parents.
