Rihanna Owns Kadooment Day in Barbados With a Jeweled Feather Carnival Costume

Rihanna is officially the queen of carnival, and she proved it again on Monday at the Grand Kadooment Day Parade in Barbados. The singer returned home for the finale of the Crop Over festival, wearing a custom costume designed by Barbadian designer Lauren Astin. The look featured crystal embellishments, jewel tones, dramatic peacock-colored feathers, and a statement headpiece that she later swapped for a smaller one. Bold cut-outs kept things spicy, and fans couldn’t stop talking about it.

Kadooment Day wraps up Crop Over, a festival that ran from July 4 to Aug. 3, and Rihanna was all in. Videos from the parade show her dancing, blowing kisses, and soaking up the love from fans before hopping on a float. It’s a celebration of Barbadian culture and heritage, and RiRi clearly loves being part of it.
