Georgia prosecutors filed a motion Thursday requesting court-ordered forensic interviews with unidentified minors in the case against KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of reality TV personality Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann. In the filing, the state said it has a good faith basis for concern regarding additional minors and asked for explicit video evidence to be reviewed under seal or in a closed courtroom.
KJ was arrested in August for aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy. This month, he was indicted on additional charges including aggravated child molestation and false imprisonment. He has denied the accusations and has not entered a plea. On September 11, he was granted $200,000 bail and is now under 24-hour house arrest with an electronic ankle monitor.
His attorneys, including Jason Sheffield, are seeking to move the case to juvenile court and close all hearings, while a judge restricted media recording and photography in the case on Thursday.
