A July 14 police report obtained by TMZ says a neighbor flagged down officers about one of Kim Zolciak’s sons allegedly firing a pellet gun toward horses at the Equestrian Reserve in Alpharetta, Georgia. According to the report, an employee at the ranch believed the child was trying to scare the horses rather than hit them. Officers found 20 to 30 pellets scattered on the road nearby. No people and no animals were struck.
When police spoke with a boy at Zolciak’s home, he admitted discharging the pellet gun but denied aiming it at anyone or anything. The same neighbor also alleged that kids had been shooting fireworks from the property and were rude and uncooperative with ranch staff. Despite all of it, no arrests were made and no charges were filed.
The report lands in the middle of an already rocky stretch for the Zolciak-Biermann family, which has been navigating a volatile divorce and, more recently, the indictment of eldest son KJ on separate sexual assault charges, allegations his attorney has categorically denied. For now, this is one more neighborhood headache in a very public saga.
