Paris Hilton and Carter Reum spent about $160,000 a month renting a 14,061-square-foot mansion in Beverly Park while starting their family. In June 2025 they stopped renting and bought Mark Wahlberg’s former estate next door for $63.1 million, after their Malibu home was lost in the wildfires. Now the original rental at 70 Beverly Park is back on the market at $159,000 a month.

The 1995 Mediterranean-style home sits on 3.6 acres and comes with seven bedrooms, nine baths, a guest house, tennis court and Olympic-size pool. Owner Leonid Smirnov, a canned food magnate whose Russian assets were seized last year, bought the property for $21.5 million in 2021. The current ask is down from $195,000 last April.

Beverly Park has long been one of LA’s most coveted enclaves, with residents over the years including the Biebers, Denzel Washington and Adele. The listing agents call 70 Beverly Park a standout, and Hilton apparently agrees, since she looked at plenty of houses and still chose to stay in the neighborhood.

Would you rent a mansion just to stay next door to your old one? Sound off in the comments.
