Michelle Branch is giving fans the 2000s nostalgia moment of the year with the announcement of“Everywhere and Back Again,”a brand new EP reimagining her classic hits that defined a generation. Dropping November 6th via BMG, the project marks the 25th anniversary of her debut album and features fresh takes on songs like“Everywhere,”“Breathe,”“Goodbye to You,”“You Get Me,”“All You Wanted,”and“Are You Happy Now?”But the real showstopper is the lead single reuniting Branch with Gregg Alexander from New Radicals on“The Game of Love.”Alexander originally wrote the song and performed on the demo before Clive Davis brought Branch in for the vocal that became the Grammy-winning Santana collaboration on the 2002 album Shaman. This reimagined version finally brings both creators together to perform it as originally envisioned.

The EP isn’t just a greatest hits repackage—it’s a genuine creative reimagining with new collaborators helping Branch explore these songs from fresh angles. While additional guest artists are being revealed in the coming weeks, the Gregg Alexander reunion on“The Game of Love”sets the tone for what fans can expect: authentic, heartfelt takes on music that still resonates deeply. The project represents Branch’s way of honoring where she came from while celebrating how far her music has traveled.

Supporting the EP release, Branch will embark on a fall tour running from late September through mid-November 2026, hitting major cities across North America from Seattle to New York. Pre-sale tickets launched today at 10 a.m. local time, with general sale beginning Friday, July 17th. Which Michelle Branch song are you most excited to hear reimagined on the new EP?
