Meredith Marks isn’t playing coy about her glow-up. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, 54, told Marie Claire she had a face and neck lift in February, performed by Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Garo Kassabian. Her reason was simple: her face felt heavy, and she wanted to feel refreshed.
The recovery might be the wilder part of the story. Marks was back on her DJ tour just 10 days after surgery, leaning on no alcohol, arnica, red light therapy and copper peptides to bounce back. Even more surprising, her RHOSLC production team didn’t notice the change when Season 7 filming began four weeks after the procedure. She chose to tell them herself.
Marks has also been candid about undergoing three breast reductions for a condition that causes uncontrolled tissue growth, so talking openly about her body isn’t new territory.
