Halloween music just got a massive upgrade. LVCRFT, a pop production trio, released“Skeleton Sam’s Deadtime Stories”on October 1, and the album features an unbelievable lineup of horror legends. Robert Englund and Heather Langenkamp from A Nightmare on Elm Street, Bruce Campbell, and even Roger L. Jackson, the voice of Ghostface, all appear on the project.
The lead single“My Boo”comes with a music video starring Jasmin Savoy Brown from the Scream franchise, and the track blends sweet pop with a macabre twist. Katharine Isabelle from Ginger Snaps also makes her singing debut on a song called“Sweet Kristine.”The album is designed to give Halloween fans original music instead of the same classics on repeat every October.
LVCRFT launched in 2019 with“This is Halloween Volume 1”and has been building a spooky music universe ever since. With horror culture more popular than ever, this album feels like the perfect soundtrack for the season. Which horror icon would you want to see make a music debut next?
