LISA has officially pressed play on a new chapter. Her six-track EP“Press Play”is out now, and the title comes from a lyric on the song“Tarantino.”The release follows her Best Pop win at the 2026 MTV VMAs for“Dream,”which made her the first K-pop soloist to take home that category.
The project is personal in a big way: LISA holds a writing credit on every track, with Kuk Harrell handling vocal production and a producer lineup that includes Thom Bridges, Ojivolta, Dem Jointz and Johnny Goldstein. Pre-release single“SaWaDiKa”entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 69, and Billboard Korea ranked it first on the EP for its confident blend of Thai identity and global pop.
That same ranking placed“Cobra”last, even with its Missy Elliott interpolation, which has fans split. With six cinematic tracks and movie references woven throughout, there’s plenty to debate. Which song on“Press Play”is your favorite, and do you agree with the ranking? Let us know in the comments.
