Lifetime actress Natasha Wilson has filed a lawsuit against Gregory Marcel over a dog attack she says happened at the West Hollywood Dog Park on Nov. 7, 2024. According to court documents obtained by The New York Post, Marcel’s dog, Scruffy, approached her French bulldog aggressively. When Wilson tried to pick up her dog, Scruffy jumped on her and she lost her hold, and she was bitten on the face, above her right eyebrow, while shielding her pet on the ground.
Wilson received stitches and antibiotics at Cedars-Sinai. Her lawsuit claims the injury left a permanent, visible, and painful scar, along with an altered eyebrow and hair pattern and impaired movement of her right brow, and that she will need scar revision surgery. She’s seeking economic damages for medical expenses, wage loss, and loss of earning capacity, claiming the injuries kept her from working.
Wilson’s credits include The Best Version of Love and Single and Ready to Jingle, so a facial scar carries real weight for an on-camera career. The case also touches a nerve for anyone who’s dealt with off-leash chaos at a dog park. Have you ever had a scary dog park moment? Tell us about it in the comments.
