Kyle Mowitz Asks Georgia Court to Keep Kroy Biermann Away From His Kids

Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is not backing down. On September 24, Mowitz filed a reply in his motion for an expedited temporary hearing in Georgia, asking a judge to keep Kroy Biermann away from his minor children. In the filing, he claims Biermann“does in fact pose a risk of danger or harm to the minor children,”pointing to alleged unpredictable behavior, abusive history, mental health concerns, anger management issues, and theft. He’s also requesting safeguards like removing weapons from the home and enabling outside security cameras.

Here’s where it gets tangled: Mowitz is dating Zolciak, while Biermann, her ex-husband, is dating Jillian Green, Mowitz’s estranged wife. Zolciak and Biermann split in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage, and Mowitz and Green separated two years later. Despite the crossover, Mowitz made it clear he’s not trying to block Green from dating Biermann. His filing states plainly that he’s making“no attempt to prevent”the relationship, and he’s only seeking protections for the kids.
